Oh My Goodness! Thank you Suleika Jaouad for sharing your Kingdom journey with all of us!
In the memoir, Suleika shares the absolute horror of her cancer and treatment and her recovery. Her writing is precise, descriptive, and a joy to read. We learn about those people in her life that commit to love her and care for her, and how relationships grow and change over the course of her illness. Suleika then describes the emotionally healing road trip she takes to become well.
I could not put this book down! I will never view cancer survivors in the same way, and I'm thankful to this young woman for that. I would love to see this memoir on the big screen one day. Highly, highly recommend!
